Shopping on an overview

  • Find your products.Use our site navigation, search engine, product finder, product comparison or Beauty Consultation.  For product information, how-to apply videos, did you know? and other related links, click on any product name to get to a specific product detail page. 



  • Add the product to your shopping bag. Select your desired size or form as relevant and then click the "Add to cart" icon. A window will appear confirming that the product has been added to your bag. You can then continue shopping and browsing the site. To view the contents of your shopping bag, click on "View my cart." Note that the site limits orders to 3 pieces of any one product. 



  • View your shopping basket. You can access this at any time by clicking the "shopping basket" icon at the top right of every page. Here, you can modify quantities and add or delete items. You can also select from a range of complimentary samples to add at no cost to you. To continue to purchase, click the “Submit Order” button and read carefully our Terms and Conditions.



  • Place your order. After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed confirming that your order was received. An email confirming receipt of your order will also be sent shortly after your order was submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us by phone at 877-843-7968 or via email at




All products on are available for sale in the U.S.A. If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your shopping basket but it may be available in a store near you.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you by email. We will only charge you for the products you receive.

Don't forget your complimentary samples! In the shopping basket you can choose up to 3 samples with your order. Your samples will be automatically added to your shopping basket and you will see them listed along with your merchandise on the Order Confirmation page. If your order is not completed during this visit, the samples will be removed from your shopping bag and may no longer be available. These products and gifts are not redeemable for cash. If you don not want any sample just click on “No thanks, just proceed to checkout” without choosing samples and going directly to checkout. 
Due to the limited nature of the free samples, we regret that we are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one, or if one is missing from your order. Samples are shipped with merchandise purchases ONLY.
Promotion Codes 
There is a specific alphanumeric code associated to an online promotion that you can use to redeem the promotion. There may be a minimum merchandise purchase requirement (taxes and shipping are excluded). Please note that E-Gift Certificates are not considered merchandise and do not count towards the minimum purchase requirement. Enter this code in its entirety in the promotion code field on the billing page during the checkout process. You will see the promotion reflected in your shopping bag on the Order confirmation page. Promotion codes may be case sensitive. All promotion codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be use once expired. 
Special Offers and Gift & Sets
Special offers are available in the "Special Offers" section of the site, including box sets and special Internet offers.
In the “Gift & Sets” section we suggest you exclusive beauty sets and bundles.

Each MUGLER* product has a unique code printed on the inside flap of your MUGLER product box. This code consists of 11 characters and allows you to declare your in store or online purchases to benefit from the loyalty program.

* Except  samples, travel formats, makeup, Mirror Mirror Collection, accessories, ready to wear.

If you sent your unique code by mail at our office and you did not have an online Circle account created yet:
Enter your email on the "Not a member yet" space, you will receive a link by email. Click on the link to complete your Circle profile and become a member. 

If you refill your bottle at the Source and do not have a Unique Code or if you cannot register online:
Keep your original receipt and send it to us by mail at the below mailing address, accompanied by a filled-out Circle card, which you may download here and print.

How to register


Each MUGLER * product has a unique code printed on the inside flap of your MULER product box.

  • - Locate the of 11 characters unique code on the inside flap of your MUGLER product box.
  • - Make sure you enter your unique code with no spaces, in uppercase.
  • - Make sure you do not mistake a 5 (five) for a S, or a 0 (zero) for a D.

* Except samples, travel formats, makeup, Mirror Mirror Collection, accessories, ready to wear.


Keep your original receipt and send it to us by mail at the below mailing address, accompanied by a filled-out Circle card, which you may download here and print.
